Cancellation policy:

Effective November 1, 2023

Appointment cancellation & reschedule policy:
To avoid a fee, please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
50% of the services scheduled will be charged for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
100% of the services scheduled will be charged for not showing up or cancelling with less than 2 hours notice.

*We understand that emergencies can happen. If this is the case, please talk to your stylist.

*A credit card & email address are required to schedule an appointment.
